Can I change my email address?

Currently, we do not support updating the email address associated with your account. When you are ready, you can choose to log out and then log in using your new email address. Please contact the support team if you have any questions or need further assistance.

How to delete my account

Deleting your account is permanent can cannot be undone.

Deleting your account will prevent you from using the account to access skendy. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except we may retain a limited set of data for longer where required or permitted by law.

Please send us a message expressing your request to delete your account via info@skendy.ai.

How can I report fraud or suspicious activity?

If you notice suspicious activity on your account we will need the following information to investigate:

• Email address

• Detailed description of the issue

• Any extra relevant information/ screenshots
